Mountain Strong’s intensive sport specific training camps.

Our 6-week programs run 2 evenings a week 7:00 pm-8: 30 pm

Climbing Training Camp

  • Train hard with and meet more like-minded climbers
  • The program is designed to rest after climbing on weekends, train hard in the middle of the week, and rest going into another climbing weekend
  • Learn how to train yourself, injury prevention, recovery methods, weightlifting, and tactical approaches to sending your projects
  • Make every session valuable, don’t worry about what you need to be doing, we’ll guide you through each workout
  • Workouts are every Tuesday & Thursday from 7pm to 8:30pm for 6 weeks/12 sessions. ( free to members, see sign up page for non-member pricing )
  • No long-term commitments, after your 6-week training camp, you get discounted pricing to join the next training camp or become a gym member

Skiing/Snowboarding Training Camp

  • Train hard with and meet more ski partners who get after it like you do
  • Increase your balance, stability, core strength, and leg strength for more laps on the mountain, in-bounds or in the backcountry
  • Learn how to train specifically for skiing, how to develop injury-proof leg strength, injury-proof your knees, recovery methods, and weightlifting
  • Make every session valuable, don’t worry about what you need to be doing, we’ll guide you through each workout
  • Workouts are every Tuesday & Wednesday from 7pm to 8:30pm for 6 weeks/12 sessions
  • No long-term commitment, go into ski season ready to have fun and impress your friends!
