b) 1 Arm hangs, with Feet on wall:

-Complete 2, 30 second hangs on each hand

*rest as needed between sets, hold weight in off hand

-Complete 2, 20 second hangs on each hand

*rest as needed between sets, hold weight in off hand

-Complete 2, 10 second hangs on each hand

*rest as needed between sets, hold weight in off hand

-Complete 2, 5 second hangs on each hand
